  • Vitamin C: vitamin C is an essential ingredient for plain, simple, and glowing skin. You can use it on any skin type. Vitamin C helps to balance pigmentation protecting against environmental tractors, and also promotes elastin and collagen production.
  • Collagen supplements: collagen is the most abundant protein in our body and skin. But as we age, these essential proteins start depleting. If you take collagen supplements, it will help in promoting skin, hair, and nail health.
